Add Ons No Longer Showing

Hi,

 

I've checked my account today as I often do randomly and the Add Ons I had active have now disappeared. I haven't cancelled any of them and obviously I have no idea why they aren't showing anymore.

 

Can anyone help me please? Thank you.

Are you checking through the My EE app or through the phone browser?

 

Could you check both, just to see if it's the same?

Thanks for your reply, I've checked using both ways and it's the same on both, it's odd as I've never had this happen before and I haven't cancelled anything.

It's affecting others too, it's not just you.

 

If I text pick to 150 it does show my smart benefits, but MyEE web and app has them missing and says my plan doesn't have any. I called EE but they didn't know anything. It should really be a known issue by now.

Hi @unclepickle82 Looks like EE have fixed it, for me at least.
