Cancelling a payment

I made a payment by mistake I thought I was topping up online then realised I’d ordered a new sim only plan , how do I cancel that payment

You need to call EE to cancel the Sim Only plan.

 

If you are quick they maybe able to do it before they send the sim out to you.
