Hi all - was wondering if anyone could help with this please?
I did my upgrade and paid £50 phone cost earlier this month and the phone was out of stock. I changed my mind today and went onto live chat - they cancelled my upgrade. I've just put through a new upgrade with a different phone instead. Will my £50 phone cost for the cancelled upgrade be automatically refunded? I didn't think of it until I was paying the £70 phone cost for the upgrade I've just done tonight and can't find the chat bubble to ask again.
If anyone has any information I'd be much obliged!

@shipikin It should be refunded but call customer services and speak with someone as it’s much quicker to sort this out.

Welcome to the community.
The payment should be credited to your EE account within 5 days of the return.
Our Mobile Care team will be able to give information on whether it will be/has been deducted from your EE account balance or refunded to the card you paid with.
