Hi there, I was expecting a refund for a cancelled upgrade on the 5th of December. 
looking for an update as to when it will be received please?

@Amouland21  it’s anything up to 7 days but have you checked your online account to see it’s been added back to your account as credit to go towards future bills ?   Other than this you’ll have to speak with customer services.
