I have ordered a replacement of my SIM card because I thought I lost it after I removed it from my phone. I have now found it so I was wondering if I can cancel my order as I'm not in the UK at the moment?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If the SIM card has been ordered and your old SIM disconnected we would be unable to cancel this.
You can get in touch with our Customer Care team to see if the SIM has been sent for you.
