Can anyone help I want to join EE from another provider and I work for the NHS so I've signed up to the EE perks, had an email sent to me to verify my work email but it won't let me verify it?

It just asks for my email and password which doesn’t work so I clicked of forgotten log in details to try and change password but it won’t let me so I’m thinking I may of miss typed my email last night when I tried to sign up to this EE perks. Is there a way to reset it and start again or can they do it over the phone? I’m with Tesco mobile now so wanted to join EE as this is a really good offer.

I can’t seem to access my 20% discount even though I have a registered NHS email? Just says I need to sort my cookies which I have?
