I have replied 'yes' on multiple occasions and been told they cannot add teh £5 unlimited data pass and it expires at midnight tonight. What should I do?

Yup, same here. I've tweeted @EE several times today, PM'd them on FB, commented on an EE thread on there too. They keep telling me the same thing. Which is.... nothing!!!
I have tried to reply to the text with 'YES' a few times, and just get the message that 'Number formatted incorrectly' - that's their number, as I'm just replying to the text.
I hope that EE honours this!!
Perhaps they're hoping that they won't have to give us the deal, claiming that it's after midnight (I won't be surprised if I try to send again and THEN it'll come up with a message saying - sorry, it's after midnight'...

The last time this came up for me, the online chat people knew nothing about it.
In my case, I waited until after midnight and it billed incorrectly at the £10/mth earlier offer (first bill of £10+£10 for a month ahead).
I got the incorrect billing reversed but in hindsight should have requested the service provider adjusted the billing to honour the invitation to treat.

I spoke to them (an hour on hold) and was told to talk to online chat, but there is nowehre to do online chat. Please can someone help
