Can’t make calls or texts from new iPhone 12

I have a new iPhone 12 . All information has been transferred from old iPhone to new . However texts and calls are going to My old phone !

Are you still using your old SIM in your old phone?

 

Are you able to put your existing SIM in your new phone - does this result in calls & texts going to the new phone?
