Ive been topping up my phone using this website for years but this month when i click on fast top up and write in my number i get a message saying "We're not able to accept payments to that number. Please try again".
My number is still active as i constantly use it. I'm also unable to use the top up option by clicking on MY EE as whenever i click on that link i'm taking to a page asking if i want to leave EE.
Any help would be much appreciated

I've tried on a different browser as well as trying on my mobile and ipad but i get the same result. Every time i click on My EE> Top up , i'm sent to a page asking if i'm Thinking of leaving T-mobile.

I'm having exactly the same problem - it is so frustrating! Are you trying to get rid of your PAYG customers!

When was the last time the account was topped up?
Are you on T-Mobile or EE?
