Can't log in to my ee app

Hi, I can't seem to log in to the app or the website, just the community. It's been going on for a couple of months now and I can't even look at my usage data.

Hi, I am a customer of your data provider from 2020 and somehow I cannot gain access to the ee app.

 

I have reinstalled the app. 

 

I have also tried force stopping it but it's not working. Can a EE representative please reach out as soon as possible.
