Can't get into the MyEE Account or App

So, I have just got a PAYG sim card to test some devices, and have setup an My ee account, can log in to My EE but then get this error:

 

Not a great first experience or impression.....

 

Any idea's??

Have you previously had a My EE account for either pay monthly or home broadband?

The new SIM is yes.

The old one was closed down 7 years ago, when I closed the account.

Yep,

Tried them all, Firefox, Opera, Edge, Chrome, Konqueror...

Tried clearing cookies, using 4G as well as my local network, nowt works
