Can't get 5g

Hello I can't get 5g on my iPhone 12 despite being in a 5g area as my S20 is getting 5g. Does anyone know how to fix this many thanks

@wezmeister17 , Do you have a 5G plan? If not then you will not get 5G. Looking at what you have written, it appears you do. Where did you get your IPhone from?

 

Unfortunately I cannot test 5G, as where I live, it is not available at present, but is on its way.
