Ordered a sim only package online and received an email order confirmation but was asked to call customer service to discuss. When I called the advisor couldn’t look up the order as needed an xko reference but I didn’t receive one in the email. HELP!!!

I am sorry to hear this, I would suggest giving us another call on the number provided in the email and giving some extra account details to see if the order can be located.
