Can’t complete checkout - upgrade

I’ve been trying to upgrade for 2 weeks now, everyday. I get right through to payment, and on my mobile once I enter my card details and submit payment the page comes up ‘oops! Something went wrong’. On my laptop I don’t even get to the card details before it says ‘the page cannot be found’. I asked someone on the online chat help but all he said was ‘it shouldn’t be doing that, try again’. I need to upgrade ASAP and this is so frustrating! Can anyone please help??

If you contact customer services on 150 and select the option to upgrade a advisor will be happy to process your upgrade order for you.
