Can I gift data from my EE pay as you go to another EE pay as you go

I want to gift 1GB data to another person whose using EE. Both of us are using pay as you go packages.

Sorry, but data gifting is only available between phones that are registered to the same pay-monthly billing account.

 

It's not available to PAYG users.
