Broadband dropping connection as if pressing the power button

Hi, 

I've been with ee now (smarthub) for 2 months and since signing up I've had nothing but dropping out connections. I've had 5 engineers out and called ee who have ran diagnostics god knows how many times! I've even had a new box and the issue seems to be occurring every day! Connections can drop from 2-8 times a day! When I look at the event log I have noticed that the box just seems to be restarting its self. Can anyone on here help me out before I decide to leave ee all together?

Check for noise on your line. 17070 option 2, best with corded phone. You may get a dull hum with a cordless.
