Can I chat with some one online I have lost my phone and can’t call

Hi is there any way I could chat to some one online , I have list my phone and cannot call also the stores are closed so I can’t pop in .

I have had an EE sim for years and built up my plan with boost I have recently lost my phone , I was wondering if I could get a new sim with the same number.

@Fayelynch   To request a replacement SIM card you need to call customer service.  You can use any phone to call.  You can dial this number +44-800-956-6000

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris , the problem is I can’t actually ring as my phone is lost and I don’t have access to another as my friends and family are self isolating.

@Fayelynch  Live chat is only available to contact customers and unfortunately you cannot use the online order form to request replacement Sim card as EE will send you a code via a text message which obviously you’ll not receive so you will need to call customer services to order a replacement SIM card.  As of tomorrow if you live alone you’ll be able to have contact with another house hold but only that other house hold.
