Resolved! 4G on pay as you go phone

My phone if 4G enabled and I've checked the settings are correct but I can't use the internet away from home. It's been suggested that I need to get an updated sim card for it to work. Is that correct?

Activating sim

Hi I upgraded to a new phone yesterday. I activated my new sim card however it does not appear to be activated. The old sim card in my previous phobe has since deactivated. What do I do as I have no working phone line please. Thanks

Resolved! Keeping number

Hi I’ve just taken out an upgrade with mobiles.co.uk and asked to keep my EE number. They have said I can but EE say I can’t. My phone is due to arrive tomorrow and I’m worried I’ll lose my number. Is there any way I can check

Back order of upgraded iPhone XR handset

Hi I ordered the iPhone XR in red as an upgrade on the 9th June and the cal handler said it was in stock. Just checked the status and it says oh back order? Any ideas how long this will take to be despatched? I paid just under £7 for delivery 

Ee router

Hi have full signal on 4g router but not able to watch anything on Netflix yet the you tube fine?  on my smart tv???????????
