Hi,
I’m an EE pay monthly mobile user and have recently ordered Full Fibre Max 300.
As far as I understand, I would get 10% discount for the broadband but it is not indicated in the email I got from EE after my order.
Is this a correct situation that only the full price is indicated in the email? Or something goes wrong here and I should ask EE?

Hi @CH222.
Yes, you should get a 10% discount on your broadband when you're a mobile user.
If your discount isn't on when you receive your first bill, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Broadband Care team so they can check this for you on your account.

Hi @Andrewheth
Our broadband shop says:
"Available to Pay Monthly mobile customers taking EE Broadband for the first time or agreeing to a new minimum term. 10% discount applied to monthly price for first 24 months."
So I think you should be eligible. I've sent you a private message to get some more information from you.
