Hi My EE box for the Internet is showing a red light not sure why the top it is showing green then my ee Internet is showing red then my next one down is showing nothing then the last one down is showing green is there anything I can do to fix it

The main power light is on no light on my Internet and at the bottom but there is a red light on the broadband please can anyone help me how to fix it
