NEW BROADBAND COSTUMERS:
My Broadband subscription started on 14 Dec …. and the Bill will be issued after 3 days (as shown on my Bank Account).
Am I supposed to pay £30 for 14 days only ?
Could you please explain?

These BB bills are always paid a month in advance. Your 1st bill would have been for the 3 days from when your BB started until your billing date on the 17th plus 1 month in advance taking you up to the 16th Jan.
Your bill will have a line in it looking like :
Monthly broadband charges 28 Nov - 27 Dec
