Broadband Order Status

Placed an order for new broadband, got the confirmation email for this but have had nothing further for 20 days, the online help suggests my order was canceled however when i attempt to replace this it says this is already in the registration phase. 

Im unsure on the status of this order as i cannot load the manage your orders on the EE webpage, when tracking the number i was given this loads a blank page too.

If you call freephone 0800 079 8586 you will be able to speak with a broadband customer service advisor who will be able to check the status of your order and get it reordered for you if need be.
