Hello I have a Japanese iPhone. I'm currently visiting the UK. I've purchased a data pack but I cannot use cellular. Currently the phone is only working when I'm connected to wifi. I  have had this problem before and I think it is to do with the settings/profile on the phone but I can't remember how or where to change it. Can someone help please?

The necessary settings are set up when you 1st connect to the EE network. Do a manual scan of network operators & choose EE.

@nanika   If your network installs a profile on your device to gain a data access you need to uninstall that profile to use the EE sim. EE doesn’t install profiles to gain data access.

If there is one you’ll find it in Settings>General>Profile.

when you put your network sim back in the device it will automatically install that profile.

you’ll not loose any information from the device doing this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
