Just generated a STAC code from old Mobile Broadband supplier  (3) and will soon be buying EE 100GB plus per month router contract. There does not seem to be a place in the buying process to enter STAC. Do I really need to call EE after purchase to get the STAC process started? I can't imagine that will be very fast in Covid situation.

Thank you. The site was down last night but now I see it. Looks like I need to have the new mobile number before I can activate the STAC so the option of submitting it at checkout is not really feasible. I must admit trying to rid oneself of Three is like trying to get gum off your shoe.

Correction. Having gone through the online ordering there's a box to type in STAC code and the old number I am leaving.

Still waiting for delivery but that's another story.
