Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones II

I've been trying to add these to plan but when I select the 'buy now pay pay later' I either get the 'SORRY, OUR ONLINE SHOP IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW' or it's not in the add to plan page. I've tried phoning but there is no option to add accessories. Can anyone shed any light on what is wrong or whether I'm able to add these or not.

I think the message speaks for itself. If you call EE CS on 150 you can speak to an agent who can add to your plan if the accessory is available.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've tried to use 150 but there is no option to add accessories to my plan. I want to speak to someone but I have to go through lots of options about billing, cancellation etc. but nothing to speak to anyone. If I hold the line it just directs me back to the main menu. All I want to do is add the Bose QC35 11 to my plan, ideally online but this doesn't work.
