Replacement pay as you go sim

Hello I ordered a replacement SIM card for my step dad over a week ago, does anyone know how long it takes to arrive?

@Swall   SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ok thank you my stepdad believed it had been stolen

Welcome to the community.

 

If you don't receive your SIM card in the next few days, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can order another one for you.

 

As @Chris_B mentioned, they are sent in second-class post.
