Delivery confirmed but no updates.

I seem to be having the same issues as quite a few people on here in that I've ordered a phone and recieved a confirmation. It says that dispatch is one day and that you'll receive a text the day before but I ordered 3 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. It'd be nice if the delivery times were what you claim them to be as I expected the phone to be dispatched by now and I'm not returning to this address for another few months so I don't have time to be waiting here for phone for ages.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yeah, I've already checked both of those and there's nothing, they said they'd text me the day before delivery anyway and I haven't heard anything.

It's a cloud blue samsung galaxy s20, 6.2" and yes it's an upgrade.

I've just been on live chat and got asked the same security questions twice and them got told they cant help because they're from the wrong team and I can't get through to the number they've sent me. I'm not sitting on hold for hours, I just want my phone😂 Loads of people have being having the same problem. This is ridiculous.

I've tried that, I'm not willing to sit on hold for hours to get a phone I've paid for, I don't have to do that if I order something from anywhere else.
