Free Bose wireless headphones.

Hi. I received a message telling me how to claim my headphones and I uploaded a screen shot of the text messages which confirmed my order and dispatch date. I also uploaded a photograph of the delivery note that was with the phone.

Today, I have received an email saying that the documents that I uploaded don't provide enough information.

What more can you possibly need which proves that I ordered and received the Pixel 5 from EE?

My response was the image was blurry which was nonsense. Google is pulling a fast one and EE are in the frame to make this right I am going to contact the ombudsman to resolve this.

make sure the image isn't blurry. you will no doubt have to wait weeks to find out. Im really getting annoyed by the EE SOLVED over this issue. The issue is only solved when we are unboxing BOSE headphones promised in advertising by EE!!!

I got mine sorted.

I contacted EE because my pre-order confirmation had made it's was l way to my spam folder, which I empty regularly.

I asked them to send me confirmation of my pre-order and they sent a PDF with the date that I pre-ordered the phone, the phone model and the IMEI number.

For some reason, the PDF wouldn't open but I could view it in the email preview, so I used the snipping tool and sent it as a jpeg.

I also suggest phoning the promotions number regularly and asking them exactly what it is that they want from you. I'd sent screenshots of test messages that I'd received and if messages in my My EE app. None of it was good enough because it didn't have the EE logo or address.

Hope this helps
