Im trying to register my blue light card but keep gettign the message - 

 

Thanks for giving us your ID card. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to use this one as we’ve been unable to identify the details in the image. The following supporting information has been provided by the team:

" Please refer to Blue Light Discount terms for adding EE Perk "

 

What can i do, i have re attachment a PDF which is very clear ?

Do you have any other forms of ID for your work that you could try uploading instead?

 

Does your Bluelight Care have your name on?

Hi,

clearly has name on and very clear picture sent, have tried re uploading a few times.
only other ID would be work ID ?

Are you trying to sign up through EE Perk using your work ID?

 

This error seems a little different to usual.
