Good day! I ordered my phone upgrade (iphone 13 pro max gold 256gb last 5th of October. I was expecting delivery date of October 29-November 2 but now it’s back to awaiting confirmation? Can you please tell me why it’s taking so long to dispatch phones? I was told to wait for a couple of weeks not a month or more. Also my concern is that since I’m on a sim plan at the moment, do I need to pay for the data I’m about to consume on top of the monthly bill (upgraded plan?

Same trouble here did say 29th - 2nd but now just awaiting confirmation, I’ve ordered 13 pro max graphite 128gb. Just want to know when I’ll get my new phone already.

Howcome they keep accepting orders for phones they don’t have?! It’s been over a month after the release and we’re still waiting… 😔

It is obvious really. No point in ording 10,000 iPhones to only sell 500. EE order what they need to fulfil orders. Unfortunately there is a global supply chain issue which is delaying production and shipping.
