  • I am receiving a VC550 error code stating i havent enabled casting yet.....but i have. Have deleted the app and tried again to no avail. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers

Does the casting icon appear when you go on the BT Sport App?

 

Does the error come when you try to connect casting?

 

Are you able to cast using other apps?
