I still can’t log into BT sport. I spent a hour on the phone to EE technical support on Saturday. 2 days later and I still can’t log in and now btsportadmin@ee.co.uk aren’t replying to my emails. Not exactly great customer service!…

EE didn’t give a very expansive explanation. I was using BT sport fine last season and am looking to set it up for this season. Just can’t log in. Tried to reset my but the BT/EE link doesn’t recognise my email address I get an error code NCE-005

Looking that error up online, it seems that the problem is with linking your BT ID and your BT Sport subscription
If you still haven't heard a reply from BT, I'd recommend calling our technical support team again for an update.
Hopefully they can help get this sorted for you soon.
