i pay for bt sport but it says i need to upgrade after the 20th july

@meakin65   You pay your subscription to watch via the app on your device that the EE SIM card is in not on any other device ie a laptop   Please have a read of THIS to watch on a different device you need to pay for that add on.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
