BG games are taking money from my EE bill. The email I sent to the customer service email address in my EE account area bounced back.
Any ideas how I cancel these payments I’ve never agreed to?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Whos making assumptions here?
You are assuming I haven't had this experience? You seem to think I haven't without even knowing me? You are the one assuming EE are committing fraud when in fact they are not.
The OP needs to contact BG Games and thats all that needs to happen.
Your good will gestures from EE is not proof of EE at fault. It is just good will gestures.

I'm not assuming anything.
Had you have had the experience you would know what you are talking about.
You so obviously don't.
Please tell me all about the experience you're pretending to have had.......
Enough of your trolling.

To clarify, I’ve never knowingly signed up to BG games. I don’t play games on my phone.
Secondly, the details provided on my account area to contact bg games are incorrect. When you try to Google bg games contact details, there are none.
I don’t expect EE to refund me. I just want further payments to stop. This is impossible as I can’t contact bg games.

@TT485 If any fraud was committed it wasn’t by EE it was by BG games for falsely signing up the customer to the service. At least get that right.
EE didn’t sign the customer up they only passed the payment on to the billing account.
EE isn’t responsible for any subscription services that might be added to the account even if it was falsely added to that account. EE doesn’t know what is falsely being added as some customers actually do this.
@HMCR unfortunately not knowingly signing up doesn’t actually mean you didn’t even if it was accidental.
