I placed an order number of days ago had the confirmation to say order has been placed but other than that ive recieved no updates about my order and when i try to track my order it says its unavailable. Can never seem to get hold of customer services

It is a samung galaxy A21

 

I've had it on black Friday offer just worried i won't get the offer if not been processed correctly

You'll get a text from DPD when your order is ready to be delivered.

 

If the tracker isn't working for you, the only way to get an update is to contact our Customer Care team.
