Hi
I ordered a new phone on Saturday 29th November and whilst I’ve received my EE recycle pack, I haven’t had a confirmation email with an order number.
I am aware we’re is a delay in the iPhone 12 Pro being sent from Apple and dispatched from EE but I’d like an order number so I can track.

Could you check your junk/spam folders for a confirmation email?
If you still don't have one, you could try getting in touch with our live chat team so they can provide you with your order number.

every time I try get on live chat it directs me to call 150, which I suspect is because I'm a business customer. surely it shouldn't be this hard to get an order number.
