Hi I was wondering if you can help,
I have been charged my upgrade fee and money as gone out from my account, I have placed an order for my iphone 12 pro max graphite 256gb
I have ordered this on the 27th, but is still saying awaiting confirmation,
I understand times are difficult, hence the delay,

Hi Andy
You are in the same boat as many of us unfortunately. I recommend downloading the DPD app as this seems to update quicker than EE's order tracker.

Hi eilusto I have done that still nothing,
I mean I'm not mad, just a email saying what's happening. Would be nice I think
