Hello Sir or Madam
I wonder if I can use previous UK number?
When I check it on my EE online account, it said "need to discuss get in touch to discuss my online account"
And I think this number is already existed.
I have a sim that hasn't used it for around 11months.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you in advance.

Is it on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, you've lost it if you haven't used it for over 9 months.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
