Apple watch paired plan on different account

Hi. Im looking to buy a new apple watch series 6 on ee but my phone contract is payed by someone else on their account. I want to get the apple watch on my own account. Can i still get a paired plan even if both devices are on separate accounts?

@Llifon24  The watch has to be on the same account that your iPhone is on you cannot have just an account for the Apple Watch.
