There need to be some clarity on what on earth EE is playing at as they should not be taking further orders especially as I have heard of many people who ordered on the 17th and then having their orders cancelled and then having to re order and being put at the back of the queue. I think this has been managed so poorly it’s disgraceful. Especially as when I looked on the apple site at same time the delivery time from apple was 3-8th of October and that was a week later. Really don’t know what they are playing at but like you I am having to wait also and feel your annoyance

Agreed. Having had my order cancelled twice for no reason I’d just want to know if EE have any idea when they’re getting stock.

If they admitted it could be months then I’d just switch my order to another model and they’d at least keep my custom.

what irritates me the most is being knowingly given false info just to get me off the phone/chat.

does make me laugh how the CS agents try to push you to the aluminium version of the watch, with its "21 day" wait time!

Apples site has been moving back a day each time I look - currently sitting at 24th October for the same one ordered from EE (that is as of today).

So who knows when the early adopters via EE will get a look-in for their Stainless Steel watch. Only consolation is least we aren't paying for it yet.

would depend on wether you paid an upgrade fee at the time or not.

As portrayed by one of the ‘grand masters’ we should take comfort in the fact we payed to secure a place in the queue.

Funny  the EE advisor never mentioned that to me when taking my order,  instead she mentioned o would receive the next day at launch , but that’s ok apparently as

‘EE are despatching stock on a 1st come 1st served basis so watch out for the DPD text’

3 weeks later........EE your order is on track

Yes i love it how my order is now back on track. Yesterday its was ‘coming soon’ what a crock.

Oh look... 10:59am on Saturday seems to be the “GOOD NEWS” text time from ee.

Just the weekly “your order is on its way” text. Still no confirmation date though. All my update texts have come on Saturday at 10:59am.

Hi Guys

Anyone got their watches yet ?

I ordered one with o2 on the 29th / still no watch update, and one from EE last Thursday, from reading this thread I won’t take much solace in my text on Thursday saying my order is on track lol

I’ve always gone by the Apple delivery dates which were October 23rd, thinking these company’s would get that stock, but now it’s moved to November 3rd

its very frustrating when you can see your local Apple store has the watch you ordered, it would be ideal if o2 or EE could simply send you over to collect it. Oh well
