I recently added an Apple Watch Series 6 40mm to my pay monthly phone plan. I had received an email confirming the order but have heard nothing since then about dispatching the item. The order was placed on Wednesday 7th October and it is now Sunday 11th and still have not received a text or email about dispatching it even though on the website it would be dispatched within 24 hours. Can someone help me and has anyone had the same problem.
