Abroad and wanting to check sim for a text code but stating no service

all was fine with it a couple of weeks ago when i checked UK texts and codes i needed for stuff, not used simcard in UK since December unfortunately due to covid
not sure whats wrong with it, tried in different phones, all unlocked and same thing no service,
logged in to account to see what i could do and dont seem to be connected to my account altho its there with my details etc

If it's a PAYG sim then it might be in hibernation if you haven't made a chargeable call or text.
