Hello,
One one of our phones on the account we continued an Apple Music subscription through EE after the 6 months for free ran out. The phone user has set everything up nicely with their favourite tracks etc. We would like to now use the Apple Music Family subscription and either upgrade through the EE subscription and pay through our EE bill OR cancel the EE add on and go directly through Apple. Either way, the existing user does not want to loose all their set up with the tracks and albums etc. which may occur in a break in service. Any suggestions on the way forward from the community is appreciated.
Cheers.

@PotatoBunny45 you have to set up the Apple family music plan directly with Apple EE don’t offer this. All your music will be there for you to listen to when you sign back in to that account once you set up the new subscription with Apple.

Please can you confirm if Apple will only charge for the incremental amount with the rest being through EE?

Hi @delbridge
If you have an Apple Music Family direct with Apple then they will charge you the full amount. This is because it won't recognise you have it with us as well.
Thanks
Chris

@PotatoBunny45 You can not have a split service like that. You can have a subscription with EE for a signal user or you can setup a family subscription with Apple. You can not part pay for a family subscription with Apple. Apple will bill you directly the full amount for a family subscription.
