Anytime upgrade - no return envelope

Hi im on anytime upgrade plan . And just received my phone and i have to return the old phone back but I havnt received any return envelope yet. I been trying to call 150 and 02087323798 but I can’t get through the custom service. I been receiving a text message that i have to return the phone. I dont want to get charge. Thanks in advance for ur help.
