Hi I've paid for more credit but there is no data added how can I add data and/or activate the credit to release the data. When I log into myee I get no information about the mini wifi credit? but its been taken from my bank.
I am trying to activate this remotely for my elderly mum please can someone help me as there doesn't appear to be any customer support, chat or phone line available!

What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi offer you? You won't be able to do this remotely.
