Good afternoon,
I received a notification from DPD for one of my EE items with the correct address however the other item has a completely different address which is not mine. I have contacted EE and they have said the address is showing as correct however DPD say the address is showing as the incorrect one. Can someone please help me? I don't want this to go to the wrong address.

Have you been able to confirm with DPD whether they have the correct details on their systems?
When is the delivery due?

They have the correct details. One parcel from yourselves is coming to the right address and the other has the wrong address. They have informed me it would need to be EE that updates the delivery address as they cannot do this. The email said tomorrow.

I've had a look and our Mobile Care team have a process they can follow to change the address for you. It does depend on which stage the delivery is at on the DPD systems though.
I'd recommend speaking with the Mobile Care team again as soon as possible so that they can change it for you.

Thank you for checking. The link just takes me to the regular Contact Us page.
I have ready tried going down that route and they said they passed it on to the necessary team however it is still showing as incorrect.

Ah, OK thanks @Kirst47.
It could still just be being updated in the background then. If they've passed the information on, hopefully it'll update before the delivery is scheduled.

I hope so. It's a little concerning that I can see someone else's details I.e. their name and house address. Potentially another EE customer. If the order does get delivered to them. I will have to contact them directly.
