iPhone 12 pro still waiting

I made an order for a gold iPhone pro 128gb on the 1st November and I’m still waiting. I understand with the launch it’s slowed things down but I’m starting to get quite impatient, especially given the fact that nobody can tell me a date, or whether it will be here within the next week or even 2 weeks. Just waiting around and every now and then I call to see if there is updates. Would it help if I were to change colour/storage size of my iPhone? Given that it’s stocking levels? Is this even possible at this stage?!

The IPhone 12 pro max was not out for pre-order until the 6th November, so wondering whether you meant the 12 pro, or whether you got the date wrong.

 

I would suggest you ring customer service and see what they have to say and make sure that your order actually went through. I know there is a backlog and shortage, which is down to Apple.

 

If you have not received it, you should be able to change by giving EE a ring.

Yes I did mean the pro 🙈 I’ve edited the post!... I’ve tried calling at least once a week. From what I’ve read it seems that some have arrived but depending on colour storage etc. On the email it says your in stock order is confirmed, then awaiting confirmation on delivery 🚚 

I quite honestly feel like a pain calling all the time and feel like I’ve not got anywhere anyway by calling...

im not normally so impatient but I’ve been living with a broken screen for a month

I placed my order for the Iphone 12 Pro Gold on 9th November and still haven't recieved anything to say when its coming? I am like you getting slightly inpatient as my screen is broken too!

I called the sales team this time to see if I changed colour or upgrade to a max version that it would be sooner, he was really polite, told me he was also waiting for his and ordered it at the same time as me. Still can’t really explain what it is either. Whether stock is coming in and going out straight away or they are at a total standstill 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s a pain but think we’re just gonna have to wait 🙄 even the sales staff don’t know and arnt getting told anything... @Meganandrew 

Thanks, I have had 2 email updates saying my order is on track, one was on the 16th November and then another yesterday, but thats all I have had! 

I’ve not even had one update! It’s ridiculous. Every time I’ve called they haven’t given me a rough idea. If I knew it was going to be this long I would have had my screen fixed! Good luck, keep me updated x

When I spoke to someone on the phone they said it might have something to do with the iphones that were stolen on the lorry apparently it was on the news, but the girl on the phone didn't seem bothered! I'll let you know if i hear an update, you too x
