Been over 2 weeks now with no service or anything for that matter and the tech team are baffled has this happened for anyone else or am i really the first.

Yeah its being investigated but they don't seem to be getting anywhere, been told to reset my phone countless times now because they've tried something new or changed some settings but still not working. I'm now in week 3.
Getting very frustrated as i'm losing money because i need a mobile number to access certain apps, struggling to pay bills because i cant access online banking without a number. All i'm being offered as compensation is a free month off my bill which doesn't even cover what i have lost.
Not a good start with EE. I want to leave already but i'm now tied into this contract.
