Hi there,
Last month I ordered a Nintendo switch as an add on to my account. After hearing nothing for a week I contacted customer service and, though them, the digital sales team to be eventually informed that the switch was out of stock. Everyone I spoke to was very lovely and helpful - cannot speak highly enough of the service I received- but they could not give any indication as to when the switch would be back in stock (they all also mentioned that they did not have full access to relevant information as they were working from home). I also would not have been given this info if I hadn’t called.
Can any EE representatives here give an estimate for when the Nintendo switch will be back in stock?

Sorry we don't have this information, did you receive an email confirming your order?
Also, when you spoke to us is your order still open and waiting for stock or did you cancel this?

Yes, I did receive a confirmation email to let me know that my order was being processed and my order is still open 🙂
