Hello! I ordered an IPhone 12 Pro Max on the 9th December as my annual upgrade, had no confirmation of dispatch or even an order confirmation email! What’s the best way to get this sorted? Thanks in advance.

Oh I see! That’s a real shame as it was showing in stock at the time of ordering, is it possible to change for a model that is currently in stock?

Yes, our Mobile Care team on 150 will be able to amend your order and run through some options that are in stock.
